YESILKOY RETAIL & RESIDENTIAL PROJECT

Keles insaat Project is a mixed use project located in Yesilkoy. The project itself can be divided into two main parts: the commercial zone, which includes office buildings, and shops, and the dwelling zone, which includes mostly small apartment units. All of the buildings, especially the office buildings, are connected together with a surrounding ground floor pattern and higher floor connector plates. The design aims to introduce a high end, new solution in a sedentarily settled area. After the aerodrome will be relocated to its new place in 55 months, this project will be the frontier of the new proximal development zone.
