Maltepe, a mixed-use project, is designed for “Mass Housing Administration”. The settlement is a compound complex of buildings, which can be defined as a district itself. With three high rise buildings (one office, two residential), rising on commercial base buildings consisting of streets, market places, and squares, the project gives an impression of a secured district zone. The massive amount of building area is divided into buildings and streets to create a close street life experience with a respectful approach to the city life.
