This project has a different scale than its neighboring buildings. The challenge here was to create a strong identity in terms of the mass and facade effects. With this objective in mind, we aimed to design a strong block effect in different sizes and facades. Each block reflects its function in a unique way. With the site being in the middle of an intersection, the master plan is designed in order to allow another accession to the main street through the building itself. The commercial units are designed on the base while the hotel rooms are detached from the heavy traffic and placed on the upper floors.
